I am a chef specializing in California-inspired seasonal and sustainable cooking.  My dishes evolve with the calendar turning and are planned veg first/veg forward. To me, this keeps our food fresh and alive and, maybe most importantly, interesting while always being delicious. 

I can be found cooking for ABC Restaurants at the brand-new Beverly Bar on Camden in Beverly Hills. We have seasonal small plates and boast a burger, chicken sandwich, and house pizzas that are among the best I've ever made.
